AC-PC Anatomy tips (use Sagittal view):
• AC: Front of 3rd ventricle (small dark spot)
• PC: ~25mm behind AC, same height
• Mid-Sag: Top of interhemispheric fissure
• Expected distances: AC–PC 20-30mm, AC–MS 40-80mm
Annotations:
• 🎯 AC/PC/Mid-Sag landmarks appear as annotations (orange border)
• 📍 Add custom points with "Add Annotation" button
• Click annotation name to navigate to it
• Click "X" to delete an annotation
